NOTICE OF SCHOOL TRUSTEE ELECTION CANCELLATION AND NOTICE OF TRUSTEE ELECTION BY ACCLAMATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The Board of Trustees of Shelby Public Schools, School District No. 14, Toole County, State of Montana, has received nominating petitions and write-in intent declarations equal to the number of positions to be elected.
AS no other filings have been received, the regular Trustee Election will not be held, and the necessary thirty (30) day Notice of Cancellation has been made.
BE IT RESOLVED, the trustee candidates, Angela Lamb and Roy Benjamin, are hereby duly elected by acclamation for a three-year term to the Board of Trustees of Shelby Public Schools District # 14.
